Our investment thesis is focused on startups that delve into the payment methods market, whether they operate as payment gateways, digital services, open banking, open finance, credit, risk and compliance, crypto assets, backoffice, embedded finance and all the endless possibilities.
TEAM
To invest in a startup, we need experienced partners who are knowledgeable about the market and fully committed to the business. We don't invest in leaders who divide their time with other activities. We seek inspiring and cohesive teams that act and feel like part of our team.
STAGE
We look for startups that already have their product or service in operation, even if briefly, in the post-MVP phase. Startups with paying customers are preferred here. Additionally, we believe the startup's valuation must be compliant and realistic to its business type and stage.
BUSINESS MODEL
The startup's business model must be scalable and present clear differentiators that have a positive impact in the market they operate in. Furthermore, it's essential that the business model addresses the end user's "pain points", providing a practical and efficient solution for each need.
